Installation Administrator
An exciting position has arisen for a part time Installation Administrator at Octagon, within the Installation Team. This is a great opportunity to work for a company which is going through a period of substantial growth. The ideal candidate would have previous experience within a similar scheduling/planning position and experience in customer database systems.
The Installation Administrator’s key responsibilities include:
.Responding to customer enquiries and processing orders via telephone and email.
.Booking out engineers to scheduled jobs.
.Dealing with all aspects of administration and data entry.
The position will be based at our Rickmansworth branch and the hours of work are Monday to Friday, 1pm to 5pm. Basic salary at £8-£10 per hour, based on the successful candidate’s experience.
Security / A V Surveyor A new position has become available for a Security/AV Surveyor at Octagon. This role would ideally suit a Senior Engineer or Systems Surveyor who would like to take the next step in their career. This is a great opportunity to work for a company which is going through a period of substantial growth. The ideal candidate would have good knowledge of security systems and extensive experience in the field of home/ business protection or Audio Visual systems.
Your main duties and responsibilities include:
security companies Ickenham Preparing designs of systems from building layout drawings or site surveys
security companies Ickenham Producing accompanying documents for quotations to show what has and has not been allowed for
security companies Ickenham Manage and logging all quotations and customer relations
security companies Ickenham Liaising with Engineer's on a weekly basis to discuss progress of installations
This position will be based at our Ickenham branch and is full time. A company vehicle will be provided. The wage is negotiable based on the successful candidate’s experience and will include commission and company pension.
