BizlawUK, a legal services consultancy and not a Law Firm was set up by me due to spotting a gap in the market, where businesses often needed a constant professional legal consultant who could understand the business and prevent problems before they arose where possible, manage risk and day to day issues that needed legal advice, thus saving management time and cost, without the need to hire someone , worry about NI, office space or employment issues.

Such businesses had no full time in-house solicitor nor a large budget for using various specialist lawyers and firms nor the knowledge or time to find out which advisor would be the best for the requirement.

BizlawUK was thus launched to provide practical, pro-active , personalised and cost effective solutions for legal services, where an experienced consultant solicitor on call annual retainership is available for larger  businesses with regular work on a need only basis, with a panel of selected law firms that may be used where required under the coordination of the consultant, where a special rapport exists. thus aiding the best for the client. One off contract drafts are available for those businesses with limited budgets and needs and one off legal advice where required is provided through regulated law firms by the consultant. We specialise in the media and entertainment sector but can and do help clients of all sectors and sizes.
