Ruth Solomons, Managing Director of the homecare company, Right at Home Harrow, was thrilled to be a finalist for the EWIF Woman Franchisee of the Year 2018. Encouraging Women into Franchising is a non-profit organisation with the aim of encouraging and supporting women into franchising. . A number of Ruth’s clients start with small services and come back for live-in care as and when required. As a result, she has risen to become the biggest supplier of live-in care within the network.

At the last Right at Home UK Annual Conference, Ruth was awarded a Premier Circle award for the second consecutive year. She was the first female owner to receive this prestigious award and is regularly invited by National Office to speak with potential franchisees.

Due to expansion of services, two additional full time personnel have now joined the Office Team within the last year, as well as an experienced Operations Manager. Ruth has lived in Hatch End for over thirty two years and is really looking forward to moving to more spacious ground floor offices in Hatch End at the end of June and of welcoming clients and people interested in finding out more about the services provided.
