1. The competition is open to anyone who lives in the Pinner HA5 postcode.
2. Entries will only be accepted via the webmaster at Pinner Local. These are to be in the electronic form of a jpeg. The email address is: webmaster@pinnerlocal.co.uk.
3. All photographs must have been taken and submitted by the closing date.
4. The closing date for entries is 30th April 2008.  Pinner Local does not accept responsibility for lost, late or undelivered entries.
5. The photographer must be the sole author and owner of the copyright of their entries.  No more than 5 photographs may be submitted by any one person.
6. Pinner Local will not be liable for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to participate.
7. By entering the competition, you accept that your photograph(s) may be exhibited on www.pinnerlocal.co.uk  and your name will be published alongside it. Pinner Local cannot guarantee that all photographs will be used and Pinner Local reserves the right not to display all entries.
8. The decision of Pinner Local on all matters relating to the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into at any stage.
9. Photographs submitted to the Pinner Local competition will be used in conjunction with the competition and any associated promotion.  In contributing to the photography competition you agree to grant Pinner Local a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use your photographs in any way Pinner Local wants and in any media for Pinner Local promotional or business purposes.  It is important to note, however, that you still own the copyright in the photographs you submit to Pinner Local
10. There are three prizes which can be found on the competition page. The prizes are not transferable, changeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
11. Entry to the Pinner Local photographic competition is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions.
