Pinner Graffiti Increasing
There was a time when apart from those areas out of sight, Graffiti was very rare in Pinner. No longer, there is an epidemic. Three examples are pictured two near Marsh Rd bridge & one on the former bank in Love lane, that is just being refurbished so it is relatively new.  If a community does not respond to these signs of anti social behaviour it is well known it leads to more crime. There is probably a need for more CCTV surveillance and immediate action by landlords to remove it. Perhaps the Pinner Association, the local Police and Harrow Council can get together to combat this menace.
