The new PSPO signs cannot easily be read by the public having been errected directly on the highway, so those driving past are hardly able to read them & where the PSPO is principally relevant to those walking on foot. There is a lack of litter bins in Whittington Way at the Compton Rise and Rayners Lane Bus Stops, these were removed by the previous Labour Council. The bins are needed to help prevent anti social littering.
