Born Reginald Kenneth Dwight born the 25 March 1947 in 

Pinner, Middlesex, England, where he went to school and grew up. Pinner has a strong musical tradition with The Pinner Musical Festival, Music in Pinner Jazz concerts and now the Music & Life Hub, plus Vinyl from Good Time Records, both located on the famous High Street. One day it is hoped that there will be an annual festival, celebrating the amazing achievements of arguably the most famous Pinner musical son.
