Joe has Pinner running through his veins. Having grown up here, he’s proud to showcase the area he loves. Passionate about people and property, Joe finds the most rewarding part of his job is handing over the keys and seeing the joy on buyers’ faces. A tech and design enthusiast, he ensures every property is presented to the highest standard — truly living by the motto that nothing is too much trouble.

Sam brings a wealth of experience across both commercial and residential property. Growing up nearby in Ruislip, he believes in providing clients with honest advice and exceptional service. After helping launch Andrew Pearce Property Consultants in 2010, Sam now leads as Commercial Director, always striving to deliver the best results for every client.

Together, Joe and Sam combine local knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for their clients — leading the Andrew Pearce team with passion and pride.
