They will be asking everyone entering the shop to sanitise their hands.

Takeaway drinks will be available and if you are only buying a delicious coffee you will be asked to follow a queuing system.

There will be many messages about social distancing and they ask every customer to ensure that they maintain a gap of 2 meters from other customers.

If you are visiting with children please make certain that younger ones are very closely supervised.

They have a customer area of  110.6 m2 so to maintain social distancing and to make allowance for movement and browsing theyare setting a capacity of 45 people in the shop at any one time. 

You will only be able to pay using contactless payment by tapping with your bank card or smartphone.

Please ensure you follow any instructions provided by any member of the BrOOK'S team.

All of these measures are designed for everyone's personal safety and will ensure that they are able to safely reopen.
