The Arts for Life Project
Is a non-profit organisation supporting young people and their families’ emotional health and wellbeing through the therapeutic value of the creative arts.
Our projects focus on individuals with complex hidden needs that push them to the margins of society and the community support structure around them to make impactful change within their everyday lives.
We prioritise our work supporting: disadvantaged young people through disability, circumstance, deprivation and their families; marginalised children and adults.

Arts For Life Project- The Doodle Den café
Tuesday and Wednesdays from 16:00PM-18:30PM
St Matthew’s Church Hall, Hallowell road, HA6 1DW
The Doodle Den café is a drop-in accessible space for relaxation, personal creativity, support and learning for parents and families of Arts for Life Project participants and the wider community. It is a low-demand inclusive space for increased peer be-friending and understanding plus raising awareness and signposting to local support services. We run a range of creative activities, peer support groups and talks.
