We are here to support you and those you care about both in your home and within our hospice  ‘Michael Sobell House‘.

Where you are supported and what type of support you would like is your decision. Everyone’s wishes and circumstances is unique. We provide care around the wishes and needs of each person. This is called ‘person-centred care’.

We provide person centred care through a range of services across the Hillingdon borough. Some of these services are medical, others include symptom management, wellbeing and physiological.

There are lots of different ways that you, the company you work for, the schools and associations that you are a part of can support  us. Supporting us supports your local community in their time of need.
