Pinner House dates back to at least the early 18th century but parts may be older. It is possibly the most imposing sheltered housing which anyone could hope to live in and is found in the very heart of historic Pinner. It is a Grade 2* listed building. The image on the right is of the Dining Room which is used for formal occasions.
The Pinner House Society, a Housing Association and Friendly Society, administer the house which provides housing for 31 fit and active retired people (men and women over the age of 60), in a tasteful development at the rear of the house.
Pinner House offers two large Meeting Rooms available for hire.
