Lisa-Jayne & Vanessa who have created Pinner Style Magazine Ltd, a new and exciting bi-monthly magazine for the residents of Pinner.To celebrate the launch clients and members of Pinner & district Business club attended the launch party at The Vintage wine bar. Featured above are Vanessa with Norman Stevenson of Cathedral Independant Financial Planning and his daughter. Amongst the other guests were Diana and Maurice of dnk london, James Gibbs of Gibbs Gillespie, Paul of Food for thought Yelda of Fairly Fairy cakes, who provided delicious sample cakes and Councillor Steve Wright of the Pinner Ward. The first issue of the free magazine is already out.

Review

Councillor Steve Wright of the Pinner Ward has kindly supplied an update on the Harrow Borough Parking Review. He explained that the Pinner Parking Petition has gained wide public and press exposure having been through two full Council meetings, a Traffic and Road Safety Action Panel and a Cabinet meeting to reach the Review stage. The latest information about the procedure and timetable is shown below. 1.Which officer/s have been asked to carry out the Parking Review? The review is being led by John Edwards and has involved officers from Environment supported by other officers as appropriate, eg. from Finance. 2. the commencement date of their Review?The review began in September. 3. the Terms of Reference for the Review? To review parking policy in Harrow to ensure that it meets objectives and is fair and sustainable. 4. the target completion or Reporting date/s? Draft suggestions have been formulated, it is anticipated that the review will be published and consulted on during Jan to March, but this timeline has not been agreed formally. 5.Which Members are overseeing/involved in the Parking review process? Cllr O'Dell is the lead member.
