Not literally of course but traders do have an increasing problem with footfall and restricted Parking, plus it is now expensive compared to the nearby Harrow, new parking concession, also Parklets and now with increased numbers of Delivery scooters taking up the remaining few valuable nearby car parking spaces, deterring customers. The Council needs to develop a plan so that the remaining shops can still thrive and the plethora of Delivery Scooters need regulation.
