Tim Campbell founded the UK's first social investment fund supporting 16 to 30 years olds in starting their first businesses called the Bright Ideas Trust.  This in part followed on from his own experiences but also when he was hired by Lord Alan Sugar as the very first winner of the BBC’s The Apprentice.
