Pinner Residents were given the opportunity to review the proposal by Harrow Council to build on the Waxwell Lane car park which is currently underutilised. The presentation was well attended and very well executed. The Architects team were genuinely interested in Pinner and how any proposed development would be a good fit, given the special conservation environment. There are a number of further stages envisioned, including detailed consultation with residents. One of the many considerations for Harrow Council if the development take place as presently planned, is how to accommodate increased vehicle numbers when the Heath Robinson Museum opens later this year, as is expected to bring thousands more visitors.
