Eyesey Eyecare in Pinner are not happy with a new Harrow Council policy which has resulted in businesses being charged an annual fee to keep an A-Board outside their shop, pointing out that they already pay business rates. This negative financial burden on businesses is also not appreciated by The Queens Head Pub.
