Dear All,

We did it.On behalf of St Luke’s Church, I just wanted to say a very Big Thank  You for supporting St Luke’s Christmas Fayre this year.    Some of you donated amazing prizes; some gave money to make up  our top prizes  and others gave  their time to sell booklet after booklet of raffle tickets.  All your hard work and generosity have certainly paid off.  The whole Christmas Fayre which took place on 26th November made  an amazing £5813.13  of which £2386 were  sales from the Christmas Raffle tickets.  This amazing result was  only made possible due to your generosity. Special thanks to Sebastian of Silva Cleaning who sold over £230 worth of raffle tickets.  I know that he drove his family, friends and business colleagues mad.  Have you been barred from your pub yet? (and a special thanks too to Robsons, Pinner Local, HC Grimstead and Daisy’s in the  Park who helped us promote the event via their   boards, website and window displays.  Thank you also to Café Rouge for handing out some of our raffle tickets on peoples’ plate  bills (now that’s what I call  COMMUNITY SPIRIT! There’s really not much left for me to say now but to keep smiling ... keep safe and as my Priest would say... Keep going.  Keep going in making that difference!  Thank you ALL and have a  very Merry Christmas and Blessed 2017!
