Landlords Invited to Hear From Industry Experts
Multi Award winning independent estate agents Gibbs Gillespie is hosting a complimentary landlords’ information evening.
A free event giving landlords an opportunity to benefit from expert property industry advice is being hosted by local multi award winning independent estate agents Gibbs Gillespie.
The agency which has offices across Middlesex, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, is hosting the event on the evening of Wednesday 10th May at St Helen’s High School in Northwood.
It will feature presentations and question and answer sessions from several leading figures from the world of lettings and property investment and finance.
Gibbs Gillespie’s Group Lettings Manager, Nick Edwards, said: “This is our third Landlord’s Information Evening. And the past two have been very well received.
“We’re genuinely excited about the calibre of speakers we have at this event as they are experts in their respective fields.”
Presentations at the seminar will be given by.
• David Cox - CEO - Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) on the importance of working with a regulated agent.
• Russell Cross - Business Development Manager, Barclays Mortgages will be discussing the current Buy-To- Let landscape.
• Nigel Goodman – Partner, Barnes Roffe LLP (Chartered Accountants) with important information on the new Tax changes faced by Landlords.
Nick added: “We’ll be holding complimentary private sessions with landlords after the seminar and there will be a great opportunity to network with likeminded individuals.
