Phillipa Leigh Rising Star 
We are used to Phillipa entertaining us in Pinner and of course London at large when she is busking but now having set out on her own to Scotland she has conquered the Ukulele Festival in Easterbrook Hall in Dumfries Scotland winning the Rising Star 2018 award
