It's proving to be an exciting year already with a great performance at The Grove Theatre, Dunstable on 29th January and a sell out gig at the Stantonbury Theatre, Milton Keynes on 17th March.The Stantonbury theatre concert was a great gig last year, everyone who went thoroughly enjoyed the experience and we raised thousands of pounds for the Bletchley Lions Club charity.
Our "Sing It Back" DVDs are now available - a fantastic memento of a great concert night featuring Rock Chorus and their famous guests - Mungo Jerry, Alvin Stardust, Osibisa, Voices with Soul and Tight Fit, all who performed live on stage with Rock Chorus!  If you pre-ordered, your copy will be available at the desk or posted to you in regular mail.  Alternatively, you can buy copies from the website (all proceeds to the Luton & Dunstable Hospital Macmillan cancer Support Unit) - checkout the news item where Lauren and Charles presented the L&D Hospital with a cheque for an impressive £13,500 - and the total is still rising!  Well done Rock Chorus!
Lauren has just finished the arrangement for the first new song of the term - Turn it Up by The Feeling - which will be uploaded to the website over the weekend.  Take a minute to have a listen to your parts and download the lyrics, and the dots if you want them.  Rickmansworth, Aylesbury and North Finchley will also be tackling "Dont Stop Me Now" at the start of the Summer term (all parts already available on the website) - Emily, get your dancin' shoes on!
We are looking at all sorts of exciting new projects including a summer singing workshop in your area, and new Rock Chorus recording. Details of both will follow soon.
