Heath Robinson new book

West House will benefit from the profits of a new book of illustrations drawn by Pinner artist William Heath Robinson. Entitled "Britain At Play", copies which are sold specifically by the West House and Heath Robinson museum trust will go towards the costs of restoring West House. The new sweet shop in Pinner Sugacane, opened on Thursday 10th December in Red Lion parade. They were very busy when our reporter went in and have a wonderful display of every kind of sweet including many in traditional jars.

Future of Pinner Fair | 
| Investigation by the Metropolitan Police has revealed that the Royal Charter covering the fair has been breached in respect of the date it takes place each year. It has been suggested that further changes be made to bring it up to date and to comply with current Health & Safety requirements. Views are needed.
